Many people do not realize vinegar has many benefits and is often used as a traditional folk remedy. I've done research in the past and I was very surprised by the variety of benefits offered by Apple Cider Vinegar. Vinegar can be used for: 
  • Warts
  • Headaches, nausea
  • Skin care
  • Weight loss
  • Diabetes
  • Hair loss
  • Household cleaning
  • Healthy cooking
  • Pet care

 One of the most surprising benefits of vinegar is weight loss and diabetes. Studies show that insulin-resistant individuals who drank vinegar and water followed by a meal enjoyed significantly improved insulin sensitivity compared to a control group. The study authors concluded that vinegar's effects may be similar to those of some popular diabetes drugs. Of course given the connection between insulin levels and fat storage, these results support vinegar's use as a fat burning food.

Apple Cider Vinegar can detox your body. The detoxification is very easy to do.
You don't need to drink too much of apple cider vinegar to get weight loss benefits. Just mix two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to glass (16 ounces) of water and drink it between one and three times a day, ideally before meal. If you don't like the taste, you can add a bit of honey to it.
You can also have it with your tea. Just add two tablespoons of vinegar and honey or maple syrup to boiling water and add tea.
 Do some research on the many other benefits of vinegar, you might be surprised what you can do with something that has been sitting around the kitchen for the longest. Put it to some use.
